**Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy**

1. **Cancellation Policy**: Appointments must be canceled at least six hours before the scheduled time. If an appointment is not canceled within this timeframe, it will be considered forfeited, and any associated fees may apply.
2. **Rescheduling Policy**: Clients wishing to reschedule an appointment must do so at least six hours in advance of the original appointment time. This helps us accommodate other clients who may wish to book during that slot.
